Thank you to Judge Gilbert for this Win at Nolan River for my first time with Bushido at 10 months. (picture at left) - Bushido is wagging his tail.
Here we are again - still learning how to do this :-) Bushido won winners and Best of Opposite Sex at the Lone Star Akita Club fun match at 7.5 months.
Growing up some now and I'm getting a little better with the photos - Bushido is winning Best of Winners for 2 pts with Judge Nancy Leibes in San Angelo - thanks Nancy! (left) and Best of Winners again with Judge Carl Anderson in San Antonio just after his 3rd birthday (below).
Yek - this was our biggest win so far and the worst picture - I had been injured by another exhibitors dog and could barely hold Bushidos collar - he knew something was wrong as well but I had to have the picture of our first Major win - for 3 pts and at home in San Antonio - (left)
ALMOST done :-) Once again a very big thank you to Terri Galle for her handling of Bushido to this 4 point Best of Winners Major win (left). I was showing is kennel mate Sassy and she was in season - Terri REALLY worked hard to keep Bushido focused and bring home this instrumental win giving him his second major - THANKS Terri!!!! NEW CHAMPION!! I finished "Bushido's" championship at 3 years of age at the Corpus Christi show under Judge Dr. Burke - we did not care for the win pic and took a New Champ photo at the San Antonio Cluster later in the summer. He just kept getting better and better - some things are just worth the wait :-) Bushido as well as his gett take time to mature.
