Belle's Show Career
email me
"Belle" is a repeat breeding of "Punkin", "Soudi", "Sazan", "Tzudan" and "Kooch".  A sweetheart like her Sire and an athlete like her Dam Belle's every bit a maverick and a joy to have around.
"Belle" started her career with a Puppy Working Group 1 award from her first adventure into the show arena - She has added to that a major reserve win at the Lone Star Akita Club Specialty show, taking WB and BOS in Houston (2/03), WB/BOS in San Antonio (3/03) WB/BOS(Major) in Lake Charles 6/03 and again 6/04 & San Marcos WB/BOW (2/04 both days); another 3 pt Major in Humble TX Oct'04 and another WB/BOW/BOS in San Antonio Oct'04.  "Belle" earned her International Champion title in June 04.  "Belle" earned her AKC Championship going BOW again over the boys at the San Antonio Alamo Cluster Feb 4th, 2005.
"Belle" was tragically lost to us too young from kreasoate poisoning.  This is on landscape and railroad timbers, something "Belle" would often chew on when aggrevated by a neighbors terrier.  PLEASE learn from my heartache and "Belle's" loss and remove those items if you have them or choose alternatives if you need.
Belle's baby photos
"Belle" was privileged to be evaluated by the renowned Judge Mrs. Pat Trotter while I attended one of her seminars.  Belle & her brother were just a little over 6.5 weeks old and I could not have been prouder.  Mrs. Trotter honored us with these photos after she examined them for the seminar attendees and said the following:  "How very wonderful you got it ALL in the bitch!"  to the crowd she said: "this is a very nice puppy".  Weeeee  I am so proud!  Thank you once again Mrs. Trotter.  Belle looks forward to the day she can meet you again.
